Very good price for this time of the year and area of Cancun.
Sometimes it took a bit too long to get things fixed or done.

I enjoyed most the checking out and leaving, been here twice, first and last time, hell on earth.
The biggest dump I have ever seen, you have to stand in line for everything, breakfast, dinner, drinks. quality of food and beverages is poor, average guests makes you be glad with your own maid being classy after all. Far too expensive for what you get, not enough chairs, dirty beaches and they charge you for everything extra. even the safe.

The room we booked had two double beds and was located in a beautiful area near a Thai restaurant, a nightclub, and the beach close to Coco Bongo club.

You can't get beachside for much cheaper, and it was nice enough for the money. They cleaning staff and the guy who showed me to my room were very nice. Despite the constant music from nearby bars, inside my room was always quiet.
A couple of the guys at reception were rude, internet access is way overpriced ($3 US for 15 minutes on one of their computers, no wifi). It took them quite a while to find my reservation, maybe an hour, during which I sat in the lobby. If you have them reserve you a cab to the airport, order it for 30 mins earlier than you need it for, because mine was late. If you don't get the all-inclusive option, drinks are extremely expensive ($10 for the equiv of 2 beers), but you can walk down the beach to the oxxo store for much better prices and carry back along the beach to your spot.

I liked the hotel because it was affordable and simple. Eventhough in some parts it was 'too simple', but it was fine. In the future, I think the hotel can improve it self if they have good intention and plan to do it.
Old guys at the reception sometime not 'eye-cathing' & soluting. They are too old to do that stuffs, so guests are forced to obey them; instead of they serve guests.
